The principals of Caritas Construction have over 100 years of building experience offering leading integrated construction management services. We are keenly focused on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while providing the safest work environment. Caritas was founded on the fundamental vision of clear, open, and honest communication in pursuit of exceeding the needs of our Clients. As we’ve grown, we have developed our team to include experienced like-minded, individuals who continue our success by focusing on our Client and living our core values, “The Way”. Our culture is built on an environment of trust, respect, and caring for our Clients and the entire project team.

Caritas Construction’s success starts with being an exceptional construction manager and general contractor, who brings a fresh approach to one of the world’s oldest professions. We take a direct and hands-on approach to every aspect of every project, from preconstruction through completion with one of the principals being involved in overseeing the Caritas project team. Our Leadership
Jody Arena
Jody is a founding partner of Caritas Construction and serves as the President. As the President, he has many responsibilities, though the one that brings him the most passion is being involved in the building process. As a principal of the firm, Jody has oversight responsibilities for some of Caritas’ largest projects. With over 35 years of experience, his knowledge of multiple building types, materials, methods, logistics, scheduling, and project team building makes him supremely qualified to work with the Clients, Architects, Engineers, other consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the project has exceeded all of the Client’s expectations. Clients enjoy working with Jody because of his genuine enthusiasm, integrity, honesty, and commitment to delivering results while making the process the most gratifying experience.
Nate Tayoun
Nate is a founding partner of Caritas Construction and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. As a principal of the firm, Nate has oversight responsibilities for some of Caritas’ largest projects. Nate began his career working in the field for a large site contractor in the Philadelphia area. He continued that passion by getting degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University. With over 20 years in the industry, his constant work with both our pre-construction and project delivery teams as well as our subcontractor and vendor partners keeps him up to date with the latest industry trends and ever-volatile market conditions. This knowledge enables Nate to be a tremendous asset to our Clients. Nate’s transparency, professionalism, and calm demeanor provide our clients with the confidence that Caritas will operate in the best interest of their project.
