Meet Brandon Hadden, our talented Superintendent and Carpenter, who has been a valued member of Rendell/Caritas for over six years. Growing up in Upper Darby, PA, Brandon was inspired by his father, a dedicated DIY enthusiast. A memorable childhood moment was when his dad taught him to solder a pipe under the bathroom sink because he couldn’t fit. This early experience ignited Brandon’s passion for fixing things, leading him to pursue a Votech program in high school, where he studied various trades, including masonry, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

Brandon’s journey in the construction industry began with a painting company, where he worked on residential and commercial projects as a painter and carpenter. After gaining valuable experience, he ventured into his own business, Patrick Price Painting and Carpentry, which he successfully ran for six years. His career path then led him to the Painter’s Union as a commercial painter before joining Rendell/Caritas in 2018.

At Rendell/Caritas, Brandon has thrived as a Superintendent and Carpenter, expertly managing projects with a keen eye for detail and a natural aptitude for leadership. His colleagues have taken notice. Todd Seybold, Senior Project Manager, remarks, “Brandon’s leadership, craftsmanship, and dedication have significantly contributed to the success of our projects. He consistently demonstrates professionalism and a strong work ethic, making him a vital asset to our team.”

Brandon fondly recalls the Dakota project as one of his favorites due to its unique design and the meticulous attention to detail it required. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Rendell/Caritas, he appreciates the trust and freedom he is given in managing the field and subcontractors. He stated, “They are good people to work for. I keep busy, and they give me freedom and trust in how I manage the field and subcontractors.”

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife and new baby boy, Benjamin Price, and hiking with his dog, Harvey. His passion for carpentry and leadership shines through in everything he does, making him an invaluable member of our team. Brandon’s ability to visualize and create, combined with his strong communication skills, ensures that he continues to excel in his role and contribute to the success of our projects.
